We are an established training & care management provider who is passionate about ensuring that all people requiring care are looked after by highly skilled and competent staff. We deliver our services where and when you need it. Our short courses offer a wide range of health and social care issues and are flexible with a variety of teaching methods to accommodate all participants. The courses are delivered over half a day in your workplace and at a time that suits your business needs. We have over 20 years’ experience in the Health and Social Care Sector with hands on in health and social care environments, teaching and assessing and Quality Assurance working to CQC, OFSTED and City & Guilds standards. We want to help you to be compliant and meet the needs of all your service users.
Claire Porter - founder
I am a Registered Nurse in Learning Disabilities with 28 years’ experience of working mainly with adults with complex behaviours and I have been involved in training for employers and Independent Health and Social Care companies for the past 20 years as well as maintaining my nursing registration. I currently train in Epilepsy Awareness, Medication Administration, Dementia, Autism, PBS and PBM. I also have the D32/D33/D34 Assessor and Internal Verifier awards in vocational qualification training I am passionate about passing on knowledge and information to participants and I advocate innovative, creative learning and also like to make it fun and an enjoyable experience and to ensure that it meets the learning needs and requirements of those present at the time of delivery.

I am 63 years of age and a family man with two step children. My background is a thirty five year service with NWAS as a paramedic tutor and later senior paramedic. I completed my tutor training twenty years ago in NWAS training  school and have taught technicians and paramedics towards their diploma qualifications. I spent my later years with NWAS mentoring student paramedics from UCLAN  as part of their on the road experience .
